After an unfortunate incident at a cookout, Luke had to borrow some clothes. He was really embarrassed to wear these clothes.....but once we got his pirate wig on and told him he looked like a pirate, he really got into his part!

Pool party

We went to a pool party for my friend Anna's little boy this evening and Luke was jumping off the diving board by himself! He has never been in water over his head without hanging on to someone before. He was swimming around like a little fish....with his hot pink floaties! Ryan had such a great time she fell asleep with Anna's neice holding her about 5 minutes after these pictures were taken. In the same position! I guess she just couldn't take all the stimulation anymore. We had a great time.

I can't help but think this is cute!

I can't help it but I think this is so cute! She is definately a thumb sucker.....Luke didn't start until after his 1st birthday. She won't hardly take a paci anymore. I have tried. Only for a second or two. Oh well. Braces for both! :)

3 Months old already!

I can't believe it but Ryan is 3 months old! She is smiling all the time and today she laughed out loud for the first time! Another thing to be thankful for is she is sleeping through the night and taking great naps so I am finally getting some sleep!

Luke in karate

Would anyone like to donate to our braces fund? Chances are, Luke will be just getting his braces off when Ryan gets hers on!

Chapstick anyone?

After playing all afternoon with his cousins (John's cousin's kids), Luke told me that he needed something for his lips. So, I thought, "I've given him chapstick before, no need to explain ONLY on the lips to him again" Stupid me... John and I were talking and next thing you know....Luke is covered in cherry chapstick! Take note of the cherry red lips, cheeks, shirt, fingers, seatbelt, forehead, etc... Needless to say, straight to the tub when we got home!

2 months old!!!

Ryan is 2 months old already!!! I can't even believe it! She is growing so fast.....and back to work soon... : (
